Yes. Every SMS you send through SMSUG costs UGX 25/=, whether you're sending 5 messages or 5,000, and whether the recipient is on MTN, Airtel or another network. There are no separate tiers or "premium" rates.
From your dashboard, choose Topup, enter the phone number and amount, and confirm the prompt sent to your MTN Mobile Money or Airtel Money line. Your wallet updates as soon as the payment is confirmed.
No. Whatever you top up stays on your account until you use it - there's no countdown and no forfeiting unused balance.
Yes. You can paste numbers directly into a group, or import a CSV or Excel file so you don't have to retype an existing contact list.
Every message you send has a delivery report showing the status of each recipient - delivered, pending or failed - along with a breakdown by network.
Yes. Every account can generate an API key from Settings and use it to send SMS directly from your own website, app or system, at the same flat UGX 25/= rate.
